We are expanding our Hyderabad engineering team to build scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications that integrate modern full-stack engineering with AI capabilities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with Python who can design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on Python development experience, frontend development skills, and exposure to cloud and CI/CD environments.

This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams across AI, cloud, DevOps, and UI/UX to build world‑class digital and AI‑enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Python backend frameworks (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
• Build responsive and modular UI components using React.js or Angular.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Work with relational and non‑relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with design, AI, and platform teams to integrate AI modules into applications.
• Participate in system design discussions, performance tuning, and code reviews.
• Contribute to AidenAI’s modernization and AI adoption initiatives.

Required Skills

• Frameworks: Django, FastAPI, Flask (any one is mandatory).
• Experience building scalable APIs and microservices.

Frontend

• Hands‑on experience with React.js or Angular.

Databases

• NoSQL: MongoDB / Redis (added advantage)

DevOps & Cloud

• Working knowledge of Docker, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP environments.

Other Skills

• Familiarity with API security, authentication (OAuth/JWT).
• Understanding of microservices and event‑driven architecture.
• Ability to debug, optimize, and refactor code.

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows (basic Python exposure is sufficient).
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of system design and architectural patterns.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for learning new technologies, especially in AI-driven applications.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
