Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Python, modern web application development, AI-assisted software engineering, cloud-native architecture, and platform engineering. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with consulting capabilities, enabling them to engage directly with business stakeholders, understand complex problems, architect scalable solutions, and deliver production-ready applications. This role requires hands-on experience across frontend, backend, cloud, DevOps, governance frameworks, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall industry experience in software engineering.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience working directly with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile development, DevOps, and cloud-native engineering practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• 1. Design and Develop Backend Services Design, build, and maintain FastAPI-based services with comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and contract testing to ensure production-grade reliability and maintainability.
• 2. Build AI-Assisted Engineering Solutions Utilize Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other approved AI tools as core development accelerators to improve engineering quality, productivity, and delivery speed.
• 3. Engineer CI/CD and Platform Automation Build and maintain GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines, implementing automated testing, schema validation, quality gates, security scanning, governance checks, and deployment automation.
• 4. Develop and Deploy Cloud-Native Applications Design, containerize, deploy, and support applications using Docker and Azure cloud services, including AKS, Azure Container Apps, and Azure App Service.
• 5. Build Enterprise Integrations and Governance Services Develop Python services that integrate with GitHub APIs, JFrog REST APIs, identity systems, governance platforms, and enterprise tooling while enforcing RBAC, approval workflows, and audit requirements.
• 6. Develop Modern User Interfaces Design and build intuitive React-based user interfaces, dashboards, and administration portals that provide seamless user experiences and integrate with backend services and enterprise platforms.
• 7. Build AI Governance and Content Classification Pipelines Implement automated scanning, classification, governance, and compliance frameworks for AI-generated content, software packages, and engineering artifacts.
• 8. Own End-to-End Solution Delivery Lead the complete solution lifecycle from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, adoption, and operational support, ensuring measurable business outcomes
