Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on Python full-stack development experience.
• Strong command over Python web frameworks—Django/FastAPI/Flask.
• Frontend expertise with React.js or Angular.
• Expertise in API development, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub.

We are expanding our Hyderabad engineering team with experienced technical leaders who can drive scalable architecture, deliver high-quality full-stack solutions, and mentor young engineers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead (Python) who can architect, design, and deliver complex, cloud-native applications using modern backend and frontend frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, React/Angular, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines — along with the ability to lead a team of engineers.

As a Full Stack Lead, you will drive technical decisions, oversee end-to-end delivery, and collaborate closely with product, DevOps, cloud, and AI teams to build enterprise-grade digital and AI-enabled platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers (junior to mid-level).

Drive architecture, design, and technical decision-making for complex modules.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical
