Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications. You will build backend services with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices, plus frontend work with Angular or React, and design RESTful APIs.

Applicants should have experience in Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). You will work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver reliable, high-performance software.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot; building scalable backend services.
• Hands-on with Microservices architectures and REST APIs.
• Frontend development using Angular or React; proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven), Docker, Kubernetes; cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Knowledge of unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and design patterns.
