Job summary

Optum India is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across front-end Angular and back-end .NET services. You will architect cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS, implement secure CI/CD pipelines, and mentor team members.

You should have 7+ years in software development, strong front-end and back-end skills, and hands-on experience with SAST/DAST security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years in product-based software development
• 7+ years in full-stack software engineering
• 5+ years with .NET and C#
• 4+ years building responsive front-end with Angular
• 3+ years cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with GitHub workflows and Artifactory
• Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities with SAST/DAST tools

Primary Responsibilities

• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation for full-stack platforms
• Lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications using Angular for the front-end and .NET for back-end services
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure within Azure or AWS to ensure high availability and security
• Integrate and manage automated security testing, including DAST and SAST scans, to identify and remediate vulnerabilities early in the development process
• Optimize application observability and system health by implementing advanced monitoring and alerting using Datadog
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows and JFROG Artifactory to ensure consistent and high-quality software delivery
• Take end-to-end accountability for application health, from initial design through production support and performance tuning
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of software development experience in a product-based environment
• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering
• 5+ years of experience developing with .NET and C#
• 4+ years of experience building responsive front-end applications with Angular
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Experience configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub workflows and JFROG Artifactory
• Proven experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities using SAST and DAST tools
