Job summary

Thinkbridge in Salem, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills & must be proactive in their communication to work closely with our teams and stakeholders.

You will work across frontend, backend and database, contribute to production-ready features, and mentor teammates in a collaborative environment with learning time and paid certifications.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years building and shipping real software.
• Backend or frontend with ability to work on the other side.
• Experience with at least one database (SQL/NoSQL).
• Explain a hard problem you solved: approach, attempts and what you would change.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and the discipline to verify outputs.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Understand the context behind each requirement: who needs it, why, and what could go wrong.
• Break problems into clear, step-by-step technical plans that teammates and AI tools can follow.
• Build and fix features across frontend, backend and database as needed.
• Review code for correctness, security and maintainability.
• Debug real production issues and find root causes.

• Working knowledge of at least one database (SQL or NoSQL): schema design, queries, and how data flows through an application.
• Ability to walk us through a hard problem you solved: how you approached it, what you tried and what you would change.
  
• Comfort with AI coding tools and the discipline to verify what they produce.
  
• Good communication in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

Good to have skills
