Thinkproject is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) with 8–12 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET/C#, React.js, and Azure Cloud. Qualifications

8–12 years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, including backend services, REST APIs.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Storage).
Practical experience using AI‑assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) with 8–12 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The role focuses on developing core platform capabilities using modern technologies such as .NET/C#, React.js, and Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate combines strong hands‑on technical expertise with architectural understanding, independent problem‑solving, and a passion for engineering excellence. We are particularly interested in developers who actively embrace AI‑assisted and agentic development workflows to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

Software Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C#, .NET, and RESTful APIs.
Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Contribute to technical design discussions, solution architecture, and implementation decisions.
Apply modern software engineering principles, including clean architecture, SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and resolve production defects.
Ensure applications meet security, scalability, availability, and performance requirements.

AI-Enabled Development & Automation

Actively leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation.
Apply AI-assisted approaches for automated unit test generation, code reviews, and quality improvements.
Explore and adopt agentic software development workflows, including specification-driven development and automated implementation.
Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and alignment with architectural standards.
Contribute to improving engineering productivity through automation and modern AI-enabled development practices.

Cloud & DevOps

Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services deployed on Microsoft Azure.
Work with Azure services, containerized applications, and Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, monitoring, and observability.
Support application troubleshooting, production stability, and continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure.

Collaboration & Technical Ownership

Work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver product features.
Participate in technical feasibility assessments, backlog refinement, and effort estimation.
Take end‑to‑end technical ownership of assigned features, from solution design through development, testing, and deployment.
Support fellow developers through technical collaboration, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.

What you need to fulfill the role

Required Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of professional software development experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform engineering.
Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, including backend services, REST APIs, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, and modern frontend development practices.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven application design.
Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud, including relevant services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and messaging services.
Practical experience using AI‑assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent solutions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience integrating or customizing Apryse PDF SDK / WebViewer, including annotations, document rendering, and PDF processing.
Experience developing Workflow Engines, Document Management Systems, or similar enterprise platform services.
Knowledge of event-driven messaging technologies such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
