XO Health is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build scalable healthcare applications using .NET, Angular, GraphQL and serverless designs on AWS/Azure. You will own the full stack, mentor juniors, and work across cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, high-performance software.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable architecture, modern frontend frameworks, and data-driven features in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio in frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue) and backend (C#, .NET, JAVA).
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into a technical roadmap.
• Experience with microservices architecture, designing, deploying, and managing independently scalable components.
• Experience with GraphQL for APIs and efficient data retrieval.
• Strong SQL or NoSQL database design and data architectures.
• Proficiency in AWS OpenSearch for search and analytics.
• AI-first development practices using Claude Cursor or Codex for code generation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Healthcare sector experience and HIPAA knowledge are a plus.

Senior Full Stack Engineer - India (Remote)

About the Role:

XO Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for building applications that enable a Provider's experience. This position will be responsible for the full stack design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis of features utilizing .Net, Angular, GraphQL, implementing a serverless architecture in AWS. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing solutions that are scalable, performance-optimized and maintainable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for a healthcare insurance platform
• Engage with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features that meet the complex demands of the healthcare sector
• Ensure application security and compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, focusing on performance and scalability
• Implement serverless architectures on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) to optimize backend functionality
• Utilize modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) to create responsive user interfaces
• Integrate and customize rules engines for automated decision-making and efficiency
• Employ microservices architecture to enhance application scalability, resilience, and deployment efficiency
• Utilize GraphQL for efficient and flexible data retrieval, improving the application's data interaction layer
• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and ongoing learning
• Stay updated on technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in healthcare to ensure our solutions are at the forefront

We're Looking for Candidates Who Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio in both frontend (JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue) and backend (C#, .NET, JAVA) technologies
• Proficiency in implementing solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure), including serverless environments
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into a well-executed technical roadmap.
• Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture, designing, deploying, and managing independently scalable service components
• Experience with GraphQL for building APIs and efficient data retrieval.
• Strong background in SQL or NoSQL, database design, and complex data architectures
• Proficient in AWS OpenSearch for building scalable search and analytics solutions, including indexing, querying, and optimizing search performance in distributed systems
• Skilled in AI-first development practices utilizing Claude Cursor or Codex for intelligent code generation, accelerated development workflows, and enhanced productivity
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a comprehensive understanding of DevOps practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and leadership skills
• Experience in the healthcare sector, especially with claims processing is a plus
• Solid understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory standards is a plus
• Bonus: Experienced in iOS and Android app development, building cross-platform mobile applications with native performance and seamless user experiences

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.
