OpsXpress is seeking a high-calibre Sr. Software Engineer – Full Stack to join the core engineering team at Emmacare, a leading US-based SaaS platform specializing in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Telehealth.

We are looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer with a strong passion for building exceptional user experiences. While this is a Full-Stack role, your superpower should be Frontend Development. You will be responsible for crafting highly responsive, visually stunning, and performance-optimized web applications using modern tech stacks like React, Redux, and TanStack Query, while seamlessly connecting them to robust backend services.

If you love turning complex design mock-ups into pixel-perfect code, care deeply about state management and data fetching efficiency, and can confidently navigate the backend, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Own the frontend architecture, developing slick, accessible (a11y), and highly interactive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement clean and scalable state management using Redux/Redux Toolkit and optimize server-state synchronization using TanStack Query (React Query).
• Design, build, and maintain robust APIs and backend services to support frontend functionality.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and optimal Core Web Vitals.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes into technical realities. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code (Unit/Integration tests).
• Participate in code reviews, share frontend best practices with the team, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging web technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• React Ecosystem: 2+ years of hands‑on professional experience with React.js (Hooks, Context, Component Lifecycle).
• State & Data Fetching: Proven experience managing complex local state via Redux/Redux Toolkit and server state via TanStack Query.
• Styling: Deep familiarity with utility‑first CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS.
• Backend Proficiency: Solid experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/Django/FastAPI, or Java/Spring Boot) and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Databases: Working knowledge of relational (SQL) or non‑relational (NoSQL) databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Tooling: Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
