Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep backend expertise and production frontend experience.
• Strong experience with Go, Python, or Node.js.
• Production experience building and operating APIs, services, background jobs, and integrations used by real customers.
• Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience, including component design, state management, data fetching, and backend integration.
• Experience with streaming, retries, idempotency, and failure isolation.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and reliable data access patterns.
• Ownership of features end-to-end from design to deployment and production support.
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, contract, component, and end-to-end tests.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring.
• Ability to make sound technical decisions, balance short-term delivery with maintainability, and explain trade-offs clearly.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, with experience collaborating in distributed teams.
