Job summary

Techila Global Services in Pune, India is seeking a senior web engineer to own features end-to-end, shipping production-grade applications with a focus on scale and robust design. You will apply a deep TS/JS stack (Node.js and React) and craft reliable APIs while collaborating through strong CI/CD practices.

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis caching, and operational observability will be valued, along with a hands-on approach to AI tooling and transparent documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years shipping production web applications, front to back, with evidence you owned features not just tickets.
• Deep TypeScript/JavaScript: Node.js (Express or equivalent) and React in production at real scale.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL: schema design, indexing, query tuning in Postgres and/or MongoDB; Redis for caching and queues.
• Hands-on AI engineering: you have built RAG pipelines, agents, or LLM-powered features and can walk us through one honestly what worked, what broke, how you measured quality.
• Linux and Docker fluency: write Dockerfiles, run Compose stacks, debug live servers, read logs, understand what your process tree is doing.
• CI/CD experience (any pipeline system) and disciplined Git/PR workflows.
• Solid API craft: REST design, WebSockets/SSE, auth flows, validation, versioning, and clear error contracts.
• Product instinct: you ask "why does this feature exist?" and "what happens when it fails?" without being told.
• Clear written communication - design docs, PR descriptions, postmortems - in a team that works from them.
• CS/IT degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Salesforce platform exposure: Apex, LWC, or Salesforce APIs (REST, Metadata, Tooling, Bulk) - or strong interest in the ecosystem.
• MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM Routers, or agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, Hermes-style agents).
• Python for tooling, provisioning, data pipelines, and evals.
• Observability: structured logging, metrics, Grafana/Prometheus or equivalent.
• Open-source contributions or self-hosted homelab/infra projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS concerns: multi-tenancy, billing, audit trails.
