Senior Full-Stack Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in both Node.js/TypeScript and Python ecosystems who can own significant parts of our modern, distributed systems from database design to frontend delivery.

You will work on high-performance, scalable backend services, real-time data pipelines, complex business logic, and modern responsive user interfaces. This is a hands-on senior role where technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and code quality matter as much as delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale microservices and backend systems using Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python
• Build and evolve high-performance, event-driven architectures using Kafka (or similar streaming platforms)
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, complex queries, indexing strategies, and data migrations
• Implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across backend and frontend
• Lead frontend development using modern frameworks (React / Next.js)
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architectural decision records (ADRs), and API specifications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, DevOps, and QA teams
• Contribute to platform reliability, observability, performance, and security improvements
