Job summary

Miratech Group seeks a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Front End oriented) to join our global IT services team. You will support CRM integrations, enhance existing code, fix bugs and implement features compatible with CRM CTI APIs.

You’ll work in an agile setting across product, architecture, and DevOps teams, delivering scalable services with strong frontend and backend collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development with Spring.
• Designing and implementing scalable Microservices with REST APIs.
• Strong web tech skills: HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms: GCP preferred, AWS or Azure.
• Server-side tech and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute in an agile team delivering a scalable global voice platform.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, engineers and testers.
• Apply performance, scalability and reliability best practices.
• Troubleshoot and support production with DevOps practices.

We are seeking a talentedSenior Full Stack Developerto join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer CRM integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing codebase, resolve bugs, and implement new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute as a member of an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers
• Apply performance, scalability, and reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles
• Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and functional test coverage
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in Java backend development, with deep knowledge of Spring frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Microservices providing REST APIs
• Strong expertise in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP (preferred),AWS, or Azure.
• Expertise in server-side technologies and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience working on complex problems spanning multiple products and systems
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team

Nice to have:
