• Daily usage of AI development tools with a goal to automate the majority of coding/workflows.

AI Tooling & Automation (Mandatory): Daily active usage of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) with an expectation to automate 70%–80% of coding and workflows. Database & Architecture: Production experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse, along with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and authentication flow implementation. Communication: Strong technical communication skills. Location: Based in Pune or ready to relocate immediately.
