Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are Hiring: Full Stack Developer

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Location: Pune Kharadi

Work Mode: Work From Office 5 Days

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across our Node.js/TypeScript backend and React/Next.js frontend.
• Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs using NestJS.
• Work with relational and analytical databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Integrate third-party APIs and webhooks, including payment gateways, SaaS platforms, and cloud services.
• Write clean, tested, and maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate directly with founders/leads on architecture decisions. We lock designs upfront before implementation.
• Deploy and debug applications in cloud environments including AWS and Cloudflare.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS or Express.
• Frontend: React and/or Next.js. Vue.js is a plus.
• Good understanding of REST API design and SQL/database fundamentals.
• Experience with Git/version control workflows.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

AI-Native Development

We use AI tools as a core part of our development workflow, not as an afterthought.

You will be expected to work comfortably with:

• Claude Code – agentic coding, refactoring, and multi-file changes.
• Cursor / AI-assisted IDEs – day-to-day development.
• Prompt-driven workflows – scaffolding, debugging, testing, and code review.

Prior experience using AI coding tools in a real production environment is a strong plus.
