Qualifications

• 3–8 years of professional software development experience.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Node.js Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend development, and PostgreSQL. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications across both frontend and backend, working closely with our project managers, designers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Work with PostgreSQL for database design, queries, relationships, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve application issues and production bugs.
• Collaborate with the project management, design, and development teams.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Understand project requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Node.js.

• Should be comfortable using AI effectively for code generation, code refactoring, debugging, optimization, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to use AI tools to increase development productivity and reduce repetitive development effort while maintaining code quality and security.
• Should know how to provide effective prompts and context to AI tools to obtain useful and reliable development results.
• Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on AI output without proper technical understanding.
• Willingness to continuously explore and adopt new AI-assisted development practices and tools to improve development efficiency.
