We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, Java, AWS, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in cloud‑native application development, observability tools, and scalable distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Java
• Build and manage Microservices-based architectures
• Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS
• Implement APIs, integrations, and event‑driven services
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams for CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Mentor junior developers and participate in technical design discussions
