Job summary

TAHR in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end solutions across AI, web, ERP, and IoT for clients in the UAE, UK, and India. The role demands versatility across multiple stacks and platforms, with hybrid working arrangements.

You will work across Python, Node.js, React, Go, and .NET, design scalable databases, and lead API development and Odoo ERP integrations. This is a collaborative, architecture‑driven position with cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full stack software development experience.
• Strong Python expertise; experience with Node.js/Go/Java/C# is a plus.
• Frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• 2–3+ years Odoo ERP development experience (v16/v17) with XML and OWL.
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills; experience with MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Solid microservices and event-driven architecture knowledge.
• Experience building enterprise APIs and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience with GCC/UAE or UK clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

You will work on business-critical projects for clients across the UAE, UK, and India, combining structured enterprise development with fast-moving product innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Architecting and developing solutions using modern technologies, including Python, Node.js, React, Go, and .NET
• Leading backend and frontend development for a large-scale UAE enterprise implementation
• Designing scalable database schemas and data pipelines using PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and real-time data architectures
• Developing secure and resilient REST and GraphQL APIs connecting Odoo, proprietary platforms, and hardware endpoints
• Building and customizing Odoo ERP modules, workflows, and integrations
• Managing CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Identifying technical improvements and delivering solutions that create measurable commercial impact

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of full stack software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, with experience in Node.js, Go, Java, or C# considered an advantage
• Strong frontend development experience using React, Vue, or Angular
• 2–3+ years of hands‑on Odoo ERP development experience, including versions 16 or 17, custom modules, XML, and the OWL framework
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, with working experience in MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Strong understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
• Experience developing enterprise‑grade APIs and system integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Experience delivering technology solutions for GCC/UAE or UK clients would be an advantage
