Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Shared Data Platform (MDM) team. You will design, develop and support scalable Master Data Management solutions across core domains and collaborate with architects, governance teams, and business stakeholders.

The role covers backend, frontend, APIs, data platforms, and MDM technologies. You will mentor juniors, contribute to CI/CD, and participate in Agile ceremonies while ensuring data quality and governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience, including full stack work.
• Strong experience with MDM platforms or enterprise data solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency with backend tech (Java/Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js).
• Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Frontend experience with React/Angular/Vue.
• Strong SQL with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and messaging (Kafka/mq).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling, governance, and data quality.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Shared Data Platform (MDM) team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable Master Data Management solutions that enable consistent, trusted, and governed data across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across backend, frontend, APIs, data platforms, and MDM technologies, with the ability to collaborate closely with architects, data governance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Master Data Management (MDM) solutions supporting core business domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, Location).
• Implement data models, match/merge logic, survivorship rules, and hierarchies.
• Build and maintain data ingestion, synchronization, and integration pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across systems.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks.
• Build responsive and user friendly front end applications for data stewardship and platform interaction.
• Support microservices based architectures and event driven designs.
• Integrate MDM solutions with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data architects, product owners, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, best practices, and standards.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Monitor performance, reliability, and scalability of data services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience, including full stack development.
• Strong experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, Profisee, SAP MDG, Semarchy, or similar).
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as: Java / Spring Boot or .NET or Node.js.
• Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Frontend experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong SQL experience and hands on work with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and messaging (Kafka, MQ, cloud messaging).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands on experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
• Experience implementing security, access control, and compliance for enterprise data platforms.
• Experience building or supporting enterprise Shared Data Platforms.
• Knowledge of data catalogs, lineage, and metadata management tools.
• Exposure to domain driven design (DDD) concepts.
• Prior experience in highly regulated or large scale enterprise environments.
