Job summary

Delta Tech Hub in Bengaluru, India seeks a software engineer to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will design, develop, and maintain code with a focus on security, maintainability, and clear documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices deployed on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Participate across the entire application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QE, and other developers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Contribute to automation testing efforts, including unit, API, integration, and contract tests to ensure high code quality.
• Support the development and integration of dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into application health and metrics.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, enabling automated builds, tests, deployments, and quality gates.
• Apply DevSecOps best practices, secure coding standards, dependency management, and risk identification.
• Assist with steady-state operations, troubleshooting production issues, and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure apps are optimized for performance, scalability, and mobile-friendly UI/UX where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Analyze problems, provide effort estimates, and deliver milestones within timelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for design, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated experience using AWS AI/ML services such as Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and AgentCore.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Kiro) to accomplish tasks such as generating and reviewing code, writing and maintaining tests, creating documentation, and debugging, while exercising sound judgment to validate and take ownership of AI-generated output.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflows, and/or model integration patterns.
