Job summary

Catalysts in Bengaluru is seeking a capable full-stack developer to build, test and deploy secure production features using modern AI tools.

You will create responsive interfaces with React and TypeScript, build Node.js backends and REST APIs, and deploy to AWS. The role emphasizes reviewing AI-generated code for correctness and security, plus scalable data access with PostgreSQL/NoSQL databases. Collaborate across teams and own features from development through verification.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting applications on AWS.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools.
• Ability to instruct AI tools clearly and validate output.
• Understanding of authentication, asynchronous workflows and secure API development.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, Docker and CI/CD.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Nice-to-have: experience with Redis, ClickHouse or event-driven systems.
• Nice-to-have: experience with agentic development workflows or AI automations.
