Qualifications

• This role requires 10-12 years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles.

• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for modern SPAs and state management.
• Experience integrating GenAI tools, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, queues, caching.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python/Java).
• Build GenAI-powered capabilities including AI agents, RAG, and LLM orchestration.
• Architect and maintain distributed systems for high throughput and real-time streaming.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with authentication, authorization, and observability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and IaC for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade web applications with integrated AI/ML capabilities. You will work across the entire stack from React-based frontends to Python/Java backend services building platforms that leverage Generative AI, intelligent agents, and distributed computing to solve complex engineering challenges.

This role demands a hands-on builder who is comfortable operating in an Agile environment, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering high-quality software at pace.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python, Java) services
• Build and integrate GenAI-powered capabilities including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration pipelines
• Architect and maintain distributed systems handling high-throughput data processing and real-time event streaming
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with proper authentication, authorization, and observability
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles
• Python:
• Expert-level proficiency with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django; experience with async programming
• Java:
• Strong command of Java 11+ with Spring Boot, microservices patterns, and enterprise-grade application development
• React & JavaScript/TypeScript:
• Proficiency in building modern SPAs with React, state management (Redux/Context), and component-driven architecture
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools - LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embedding models, and vector databases
• Experience building or integrating AI Agents (autonomous task execution, tool-use patterns, multi-agent orchestration)
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts - event-driven architecture, message queues, caching, database sharding
• Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, Step Functions, Bedrock)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
