Job Summary

We are looking for a mature, proactive, and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in Python, React, Cloud Platforms, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance end-to-end applications while owning the complete development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Develop and maintain production-grade applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) and React/Next.js. Build reusable UI components and optimized backend microservices. Ensure clean architecture, scalability, and maintainability. Handle the complete SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Generative AI, LLMs & Agentic Systems

• Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems.
• Integrate vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, and MongoDB Atlas.
• Build AI chatbots, automation agents, and intelligent assistants.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Design microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
• Ensure security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Take ownership of technical initiatives and deliver independently.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Kanban environments.
