Job summary

Fusion CX in Kolkata is seeking an experienced Front-end Developer to build scalable UI components in React and convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces. You will collaborate with design teams, leverage Material UI, and own development tasks to ensure high-quality, responsive user interfaces.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills (ES6+), and performance optimization for large-scale front-end applications.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Min. 4+ years of expertise in React including component architecture, state management, and best practices.
• Min. 4+ years of experience collaborating with design teams using Figma to streamline design-to-code workflows.
• Strong experience with Material UI for building responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Context API.
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Cypress).
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for large-scale front-end applications.
