Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new user-facing features usingReact.jsand related technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable frontend code.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices; actively suggest improvements.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing applications for better performance and usability.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers on React.js and modern frontend development practices.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design discussions from a frontend perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proven expertise inReact.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript.
• Strong experience with state management libraries such asRedux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
• Knowledge ofRESTful APIs, GraphQLand experience integrating frontend with backend services.
• Understanding offrontend build toolssuch as Webpack, Babel, Vite.
• Hands-on experience withtesting frameworks(Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience in optimizing frontend performance and implementing responsive design.
• Strong knowledge ofData Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Docker/Kubernetes (basic exposure).
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Experience working withNext.jsor other SSR frameworks.
• Exposure tomicro-frontend architecture.
• Knowledge ofdesign systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA).
