Job summary

Rempact in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to build and refine mobile experiences using React Native for both iOS and Android. You will translate product requirements into clean, performant UI code and collaborate across Product, Design, and Backend teams.

You should bring 4–6 years of frontend experience, with at least 3 years in React Native, strong TS/JS, and a track record of shipping reliable, scalable features. Ownership and quality are core here.

Discovery, ticketing, and the entire fan journey happen on mobile. As we grow across India's live entertainment market, the app needs to be faster, more reliable, and more intuitive than the category expects. That takes someone who cares about the craft, not just the checklist.

You'll own complex product challenges, ship polished features, and work closely with Product, Design, and Backend to raise the bar on what a live entertainment app can feel like.

What You Bring

Specific experience, not vague credentials

Required

• 4 to 6 years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native.
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript, including React patterns and hooks.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs in production apps.
• Solid understanding of state management — Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar.
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both the App Store and Google Play.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills — you find the root cause, not just the workaround.
• Ownership mindset — you drive features independently from development through to release.

Preferred

• Experience building consumer-facing mobile apps at scale.
• Familiarity with Expo, Firebase, push notifications, analytics, or deep linking.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, or app performance monitoring tools.
• Genuine interest in live entertainment, ticketing, or consumer internet products.

NON-NEGOTIABLES

• You write code you'd want to maintain two years later. Long-term scalability matters here. The app is growing — the technical decisions you make now will shape what we build next.
• You take features all the way. From development to release, you own the outcome. Handoff culture doesn't work at this stage.
• You care about how it feels, not just whether it works. Performance and reliability matter to fans. A laggy checkout or broken animation is a broken experience.
• You communicate clearly across teams. Product and Design need to understand your constraints. Backend needs to understand your requests. You bridge that gap without friction.
• You thrive when priorities shift. Live entertainment doesn't follow a predictable roadmap. You adapt without losing momentum.
