thumpN in India is seeking a Junior Software Developer focused on React Native to help build mobile experiences for fans, from discovery to checkout, across iOS and Android.

You will work with Product, Design, Backend and QA to deliver features, debug issues, and improve performance. The role emphasizes learning, code quality, and long-term ownership in a fast-moving live‑entertainment app. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and stay updated on React Native best practices.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years of experience building applications with React Native.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, React, and React Native fundamentals.
• Experience integrating REST APIs in a mobile app context.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Ownership mindset. You take responsibility for your work and ask questions when you need to.

Junior Software Developer - React Native

At thumpN, our mobile app is how thousands of fans discover events, buy tickets, and stay connected with live entertainment across India. As we build new features and push into new markets, we need developers who are eager to learn, write quality code, and grow alongside the product.

This role is for someone with a solid foundation in React Native who wants real, hands‑on experience building and shipping consumer applications that people actually use.

What You Bring

Specific experience, not vague credentials

Required

• 1 to 2 years of experience building applications with React Native.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, React, and React Native fundamentals.
• Experience integrating REST APIs in a mobile app context.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Ownership mindset. You take responsibility for your work and ask questions when you need to.

Preferred

• Experience publishing or contributing to apps on iOS or Android.
• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• Exposure to Firebase, push notifications, or analytics tools.
• Interest in consumer apps, live entertainment, or event‑tech products.
