Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a frontend engineer in Bengaluru to own React Native mobile apps end to end, directly impacting what ships. You will own architecture, code quality, performance and reliability for mobile, and build animation-rich experiences using Reanimated, Lottie, Skia while driving offline-first capabilities with SQLite and MMKV.

Must have 2–7 years of RN experience, strong JS/TS, React, and solid understanding of iOS/Android build pipelines and CI/CD; Hindi/regional apps experience is

Salary range: Rs 2400000 - Rs 3700000 (ie INR 24 - 37 LPA)

Min Experience: 2+ years
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
JobType: full-time

You'll own Frontend systems end to end, with no layer of process between you and what ships.

What you'll do

• Ownarchitecture, code quality, performance, and reliability for mobile.
• Buildanimation-rich, devotional-first experiences (Reanimated, Lottie, Skia).
• Driveoffline-first capabilities (SQLite, MMKV, caching strategies).

Must have

• 2–7 years of professional experience withReact Native, deep expertise in RN internals.
• Strong command ofJavaScript/TypeScript, React, gesture systems, and native bridges.
• Experience architectinglarge-scale mobile apps (modularization, performance tuning).
• Solid understanding ofiOS/Android build pipelines, OTA updates, and CI/CD.

• Experience withHindi/regional language apps or shareable content engines.
• Built apps withdaily rituals (meditation, journaling, devotional).
• Exposure toLLM-based personalization, ML APIs, or observability tools.
