• Strong leadership skills, including team building, coaching, conflict resolution, and people management.
• Advanced project and program management skills, including resource prioritization, scheduling, risk management, and project planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with senior executives, cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering teams responsible for all stages of VLSI design, development, validation, and testing for complex products and platforms.
• Manage multiple VLSI projects and programs, including headcount, resource allocation, budgets, schedules, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Drive VLSI implementation strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives and organizational roadmaps.
• Manage relationships with VLSI partners and suppliers to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

• Lead talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, coaching, career progression, and succession planning.
• Build a high-performing engineering organization by strengthening technical and management capabilities.
• Own organizational performance reviews, compensation and rewards processes, promotion planning, and employee engagement.
• Provide leadership and direction for complex technical and business challenges across multiple teams and projects.
