We are looking for a highly experienced and technically strong Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) who can bridge the gap between business requirements, enterprise architecture, product engineering, and customer implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, business analysis, system design, API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
This role requires someone who can work directly with business stakeholders, understand complex business workflows, translate requirements into technical specifications, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready applications.
The candidate must possess both business and technical capabilities, with the ability to independently drive projects from requirement discovery through architecture, development coordination, deployment, and production validation.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements, technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and technical documentation.
- Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for automation.
- Challenge unclear requirements and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
2. Enterprise Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end enterprise application architecture based on business requirements.
- Develop scalable, secure, highly available, and maintainable system architectures.

- Evaluate technical approaches, frameworks, platforms, and third-party solutions.
- Define architectural standards, coding guidelines, integration standards, and best practices.
- Ensure architecture supports scalability, performance, security, multi-tenancy, and future business expansion.
- Identify technical debt and recommend architecture improvements.
3. Forward-Deployed Engineering & Implementation
- Work closely with customers and internal business teams to understand real-world operational requirements.
- Convert business problems into working technical solutions.
- Participate in solution prototyping, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical demonstrations.
- Work with engineering teams to implement business workflows and complex integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
- Validate implemented solutions against business expectations.
- Drive projects from discovery and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production adoption.
4. API & System Integration Architecture
- Design and review RESTful APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Define API contracts, request/response structures, authentication, authorization, and error-handling standards.
- Design event-driven architectures using message queues and asynchronous processing.
- Understand integration patterns involving webhooks, background services, queues, and distributed systems.
