Job summary

Encardio Rite Group in Lucknow, India, is seeking a Senior Firmware Developer to lead embedded firmware projects using STM32 MCUs and ARM-based platforms.

You will develop firmware for GSM/3G/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and various industrial protocols while mentoring a team, ensuring ISO 9001-2015 quality, and performing board debugging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering required.
• Experience in developing firmware for embedded systems and wireless protocols.
• Experience in ISO9001-2015 quality standards and leading firmware teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for embedded systems using STM32 microcontrollers.
• Develop firmware for wireless protocols (GSM/GPRS/3G/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).
• Develop firmware for communication protocols (RS232, UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, SDI-12, Modbus).
• Develop firmware for 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers.
• Adhere to ISO9001-2015 standards in firmware development.
• Lead and manage a team of firmware developers.
• Board debugging and problem solving; soldering as needed.
• Develop firmware for LoRa nodes and gateways.
• Program in C and C++.
