Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant certification is required.

  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting and MIS maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Verify payout files against control checkpoints and compare with reversals to determine monthly payable amounts to assignee banks.
  • Prepare details and annexures for assignee banks; perform monthly GL reconciliations and investigate variances.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and banks for certificates and share data with auditors.
  • Audit payout reports monthly and prepare disclosures on loan exposure transfers.
  • Record monthly entries including payables to banks, payout entries, and EIS & SF income.
  • Resolve unreconciled bank items and ensure accurate fund allocation across loan accounts.
  • Analyze POS and interest differences from portfolio and payout data provided by banks.
  • Submit quarterly data requirements to internal teams; maintain high accuracy in financial reporting.

Senior Financial Operations Analyst

Department/Function: Finance

Job Purpose: The Senior Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for preparing and establishing various financial analyses, quantifying opportunities, projecting financial outcomes, and calculating capital adequacy. The role supports management by providing accurate and timely financial data within established standards and guidelines. The analyst maintains the MIS system, generates periodic analytical reports to facilitate decision-making, liaises with different functions for financial analysis support, and performs ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by senior management.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Ensuring verification of payout files basis control check points and verification of payout files basis comparison with reversal entries which gives amount payable to assignee banks on monthly basis for all assignee banks which ensures that we are paying correct amount to assignee banks.
  • Preparation of various details & annexures as required by assignee banks. Preparation of GL recon for all assignee banks on monthly basis. Identifying reasons for differences in balance as per payout and as portfolio report and resolving the same.
  • Resolving queries and coordinating with internal team and assignee bank for various certificate requirements as received from assignee banks and sharing details with auditors.
  • Verification of monthly entries as prepared by Team. Auditing of payout reports on monthly basis. Preparation of Disclosure on transfer of loan exposures.
  • Preparing monthly entries such as creating payables for assignee banks, Payout entries, EIS & SF income entries.
  • Resolving pending unreconciled bank recon items.
  • Responsible for the reconciliation and resolution of outstanding items in PSU bank current accounts used for payout transfers, ensuring accurate allocation of funds by assignee banks against loan accounts and timely closure of discrepancies.
  • Analysis of POS & interest differences as per portfolio and as per payout. Analysis of POS & interest differences as per payout & Loan statements as received from assignee banks.
  • Submission of quarterly data requirements to internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Educational Qualifications

Professional Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
