Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
• Perform month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Business teams.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Alteryx is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Investment Banking or Financial Services is preferred.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, MBA (Finance), BBA, B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
• 03 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Finance Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Reporting, or Reconciliation.
