Job summary

Crest Data in Ahmedabad, India seeks a finance professional with 6+ years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years at mid-level in finance. Preference for candidates with IT or Pharma service sector exposure, strong communication and leadership abilities.

The role requires expertise in accounting software (Tally/SAP), advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets, Ind AS, and preparing full financial statements including consolidation, MIS, and presenting to auditors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-qualification experience in finance.
• Experience of working in service sector (IT or Pharma preferable).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
• Should be well versed with accounting software (Tally/SAP or equivalent).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in preparing full set of financials including consolidated statements.
• Experience dealing with auditors and overseeing day-to-day accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Apply sound knowledge of Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
• Prepare full set of financials including consolidated financials.
• Interact with auditors and manage audit processes.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting procedures (data entry, vouching, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations).
• Ensure adherence to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Prepare MIS in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint presentations.
