You will monitor cash flow, assist budgeting and variance analysis, ensure timely monthly and annual closes, coordinate with auditors, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxes, and other regulatory standards.

• Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and schedules.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly and annual closing activities.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare management reports and provide financial information to the management.
• Coordinate with branches/centres regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Identify discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Support the Finance Manager in financial analysis and other assigned tasks.
