Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst in General Accounting in Hyderabad. The role focuses on GL month-end close, cash management, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis for real estate portfolios.

You will prepare financial statements, support audit activities, and engage with US/Global stakeholders. A Finance background with 3–5 years of GL experience is required, with MS Office proficiency and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong finance background with commerce degree or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 3–5 years of operational/general ledger accounting and finance experience, including P&L analysis and balance sheet overview; real estate accounting a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, logical thinking and a can-do attitude to develop solutions quickly.
• Impactful communication to interact with clients and strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for General Ledger month-end close including cash postings, reclass and accruals journals, and variance analysis.
• Prepare timely, accurate monthly financial statements for assigned portfolio with supporting schedules.
• Submit financial statements and work papers for review within deadlines.
• Manage cash for assigned properties and ensure timely bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate year-end audit work and prepare supporting schedules.
