The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a strategic FP&A business partner, supporting Engineering (Development) and Workplace/IT functions. This role requires strong ownership of infrastructure cost analysis, cloud spend governance, and cross-functional financial planning, along with the ability to work closely with VP-level stakeholders to drive data-backed decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with VPs and functional leaders across Engineering, Workplace, and IT teams
- Influence decision‑making through financial storytelling
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning
- Perform variance analysis
- Build financial models
Cost Allocation & Reporting
- Manage cost allocation (COR vs R&D, cross‑charge)
- Support KPI tracking
Process Improvement & Systems
- Improve financial processes and automation
- Enhance visibility into infra spend
- Work with tools like Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite
Qualifications Required
- 7+ years FP&A / Corporate Finance experience
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance)
- Experience with Engineering / IT business partnering
- Advanced Excel and modeling
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
