Chart Industries, Inc. in Pune, India is seeking a skilled service professional to support commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales activities for process compressors and blowers.

You will be involved in installation, commissioning, servicing, and field technical support across India. You will interact with customers, identify prospects for service, oversee spares and payments, and generate reports on service performance and field issues, contributing to overall revenue through service

Qualifications

• B.Tech or Diploma in Engineering.
• 5–8 years in commissioning, overhauls, servicing, troubleshooting of Process compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal and Diaphragm) / Blowers.
• Experience in customer interaction.
• Good understanding of industry best practices and commercial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Installation, Commissioning and Inspection & Maintenance activities.
• Aftermarket support including installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing, and other technical support to customers in India; sales visits as required.
• Identifying prospects for service business and implementing service plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Regular customer contact to review quality and performance of products and services.
• Collection of spares and service payments and statutory forms from customers in region.
• Report generation: Spares & Service business, field complaints report & analysis.

What Will You Do?

• Installation, Commissioning and Inspection & Maintenance activities.
• The responsibility will cover all aspects of the aftermarket support viz. installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, overhauls, servicing, and other technical support to customers and business partners in India. Would also include Sales and Business Development visits as and when required.
• Identifying prospects for service business, implementing the service plans / policies and achieving business goals with respect to revenue generation.
• Regular customer contact to review the quality & performance of the company’s products & services and reporting the same.
• Collection of spares & service payments and statutory forms from the customers in region.
• Report generation: Spares & Service business, field complaints report & analysis etc.

Your Experience Should Be...

• B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in commissioning, overhauls, servicing, trouble shooting of Process compressors (Reciprocating, Centrifugal and Diaphragm) / Blowers and associated systems.
• Experience in customer interaction.
• Good understanding of industry’s best practices and commercial knowledge.
