Position

Senior Field Sales Executive (Minimum -2 to 3 years of Experience - Officer Level-2) located across Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Responsible for selling Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products offered by the bank, ensuring customers maintain the required minimum balance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
• Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada
• Age limit: 20 to 30 years
• CIBIL score: Minimum 650

Salary & Benefits

₹17,200/- in-hand. Additional benefits: ESIC, PF, Gratuity.

Working Days

5 days a week (Saturday, Sunday & Government Holidays Off).

Interview & Reporting

Interview will be conducted face‑to‑face by a nearby bank manager. Post‑joining reporting times: Morning 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Interview & Training Process

1. Induction followed by Group Discussion/Group Interview
2. 6‑Day Online Training
3. Master Test (2 Attempts)
   • If passed: Selected
   • If failed in both attempts: Rejected (Re‑application allowed only after 3–6 months)
