Senior Fabrics Developer – Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑scale data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and data‑engineering capabilities.
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Spark.
- Develop scalable ETL/ELT solutions with Python, PySpark, SQL, and Spark to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
- Design and implement Lakehouse architectures, Medallion frameworks (Bronze, Silver, Gold), and dimensional data models to support analytics and reporting.
- Integrate data from Azure services, databases, APIs, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Develop and optimize Fabric Warehouses, Semantic Models, and Power BI datasets for self‑service analytics and business intelligence.
- Implement data governance, security, lineage, metadata management, and compliance using Microsoft Purview and Fabric governance capabilities.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices for enterprise‑grade data solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive adoption of best practices across Microsoft Fabric, data engineering, and modern analytics platforms.
