dsm-firmenich is seeking a skilled Data Vault Modeler to define and implement business models using Data Vault techniques. You will collaborate with engineers, visualization specialists, and product owners to create robust data solutions that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Certified Data Vault Modeler with extensive modeling experience.
• Strong business analyst skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the business model with subject matter experts and product owners.
• Facilitate workshop sessions to engage stakeholders in model development.
• Communicate and explain the business model to key business stakeholders.
• Define the logical model to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineers to align the logical model with technology constraints.
• Coordinate with visualization experts to ensure the model meets their needs.

You Bring

• Certified Data Vault Modeler with extensive experience in Data Vault modeling.
• Strong business analyst skills for effective stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
• Technical expertise in Spark, Databricks, SQL, git and Python. dbt is a plus.
• Proven ability to work closely with data engineers to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and communicating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to leveraging automation tools for efficient data processing and model generation.
