Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a professional to design, develop, and deploy scalable, production-ready ML and GenAI solutions. You will translate business and technical requirements into robust ML architectures, pipelines, APIs, and deployment frameworks.

The role involves working with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to build reusable ML platforms and pipelines using modern cloud and MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in Python, Git, MLFlow, and AzureML.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with non-technical partners.
• Experience in creating and maintaining scalable ML pipelines and working with LLMs.
• Understanding of agentic platforms and the tools to develop and implement them.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations and evaluate feasibility to guide scalable ML solutions.
• Collect and analyze technical requirements to ensure robust data science implementations.
• Design and implement scalable ML pipeline architectures for performance and reliability.
• Develop and optimize modular, efficient code for managing and deploying ML models across the platform, with robust docs.
• Create and design APIs and interfaces for seamless ML solution integration with client systems.
• Develop and implement frameworks for latest ML technologies, including agentic platforms, with regular maintenance.

Your key responsibilities
