Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC Hyderabad site is seeking personnel responsible for the cleaning and sanitization of External washing, Vial washing, and Visual inspection areas. The role includes maintaining logs, performing in-process checks, and coordinating with QA, QC, and engineering for day-to-day activities.

The candidate will monitor DP/ RH/temperature, train on SOPs, and ensure timely calibration, validation, and documentation in accordance with cGMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Timely completion of SOPs, training, and on-the-job trainings related to External washing, Vial washing area and visual inspection area
• Monitoring of DP, RH and temperature in External washing, Vial washing area and visual inspection area
• Maintenance and cleaning of External washing, Vial washing area and visual inspection area
• Maintain the BMRs and other logbooks in External washing, Vial washing area and visual inspection area as per cGMP and SOP
• Cleaning and sanitization of drain points in External washing and Vial washing area
• Operation and cleaning of dynamic pass box in External washing and vial washing area
• Operation and cleaning of EDM activity
• Operation and cleaning of glove integrity and filter integrity testers
• Perform in-process checks during operation
• Ensure cleaning and storage of change parts as per procedures
• Operation and cleaning of vial washing machine and Depyrogenation tunnel
• Decartoning activity
• Operation and cleaning of visual inspection table and Lux meter
• Perform visual inspection of products/media filled vials and PFS as per SOP
• Operation and cleaning of Automatic visual inspection and X-RAY machine
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments like QA, QC, warehouse, Engineering, HR and administration for day-to-day activities
• Coordinate timely completion of calibrations and validations in coordination with EN and QA related to visual inspection, External washing and Vial washing area
