Qualifications

• Experience with cGMP
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical cleaning and sterilization processes
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain clean room standards

Responsibilities

• Disinfectant preparation and filtration as per schedule.
• Area cleaning and fogging as per SOP.
• Maintaining, monitoring and keeping the area as per cGMP and regulated requirement.
• Preventive maintenance of machines as per preventive schedule.
• Cleaning, Sterilization and Operation of filtration vessel.
• Cleaning and operation of isolator.
• Cleaning and operation of vial and ampoule filling machine.
• Cleaning and operation of cRAB.
• Cleaning and operation of vial sealing machine.
• Cleaning and operation of ampoule and vial external washing machine.
• Cleaning and operation of steam sterilizer.
• Cleaning and operation of Lyophilizer.
• Cleaning and Operation of Online and Offline Non-Viable Particle Counter
• Cleaning and Operation of Dynamic Pass Box, Ceiling Suspended LAF and mobile LAF.
• Cleaning and operation vial and ampoule out feed conveyor belt.
• Cleaning and operation of filter integrity machine.
• Cleaning and Operation of Glove Integrity Testing Machine
