Job summary

SBI Cards and Payment Services Private Ltd. in India seeks an experienced UAT Tester to execute testing for Operations Projects and system changes, ensuring zero adverse production impact and smooth releases.

You will track testing schedules, document results, and collaborate with multiple teams to refine requirements and create test scenarios. A strong focus on accuracy and process adherence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Operations processes & Systems
• Understanding of applicable policy/systems framework
• Experience with testing lifecycle and UAT processes

Responsibilities

• Execute UAT for new products and system policy changes as assigned
• Regular tracking/reporting of testing schedules, progress and issues on UAT
• Accurate documentation for all testing scripts and results
• Collaborate with internal groups to understand business requirements and create test scenarios
• Support creating BRDs for system changes and policy updates
• System administrator / SPOC for timely/accurate production maintenance for predefined parameters

Role Purpose

Responsible for executing the testing/UAT for Operations Projects/ System Changes & predefined business system maintenances/set ups on production.

Role Accountability

1. Execute UATfor New Product & systempolicy changes /projects as assigned
2. Regular tracking /reporting of testing schedules /progress &issues on UAT
3. 100% accurate documentation for all testing scripts executed & results thereof
4. Collaborate with various internal groups to understand detailed business requirements /impact and contribute towards creation of additional test scenarios wherever applicable to ensure zero adverse production impact /smooth production releases
5. Support creatingdetailed and accurate business requirement documents (BRDs) for system changes involved in assigned projects/regular business policy changes
6. System administrator /key spoc for ensuring timely/accurate production maintenances for Ops predefined parameters compliance adherence

Measures of Success

1. Accurate system set ups/accurate maintenances as per TAT/SLA/SOP defined
2. Coverage /accurate UAT execution, documentation & reporting
3. No adverse observations in internal/external audits
