Job summary

Diageo Brazil Ltda, Howrah, seeks a quality-focused professional to perform ENA analysis and oversee supplier QA across regional shipments. You will ensure adherence to quality parameters at the source and drive data-driven CAPAs.

Responsibilities include on-site audits, reporting actionable findings, and collaborating with suppliers to improve audit scores while maintaining compliance and continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.

Qualifications

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry or BE/BTech/MTech in Food Tech/Alco Tech/DIFAT
• 2-5 years PQE in relevant industry

Responsibilities

• Analyse ENA samples at the source and manage incoming regional shipments to ensure quality parameters.
• Vendor monitoring and RFT: provide technical guidance to ENA vendors for Right-First-Time quality at source.
• Data analytics & CAPA: maintain MIS data to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Site audits & compliance: lead onsite quality audits at ENA vendor facilities and drive continual improvement.

About the role

• - Analysis & Quality Control: Analyse Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA) samples at the source and manage incoming regional shipments to ensure strict adherence to established quality parameters.
• - Vendor Monitoring & First-Time-Right (RFT): Conduct routine monitoring and provide technical guidance to ENA vendors to achieve a Right-First-Time (RFT) quality standard directly at the supply source.
• - Data Analytics & CAPA: Maintain and evaluate ENA Management Information Systems (MIS) data to drive data-backed Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
• - Site Audits & Compliance: Lead comprehensive onsite quality audits at ENA vendor facilities, deliver actionable compliance reports, and partner with suppliers to drive continual improvement in audit scores.
