Job summary

Anveshan in Gurugram, Haryana invites a senior role to manage end-to-end return operations across D2C, e-commerce and quick commerce channels. You will track returns, RTOs, replacements, and pickups, and coordinate with 3PLs, couriers, marketplaces and customer support to ensure timely GRN and inventory reconciliation.

Strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience is required. MBA preferred; 25 years of experience in Returns/Supply Chain desired.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in Reverse Logistics, Returns Operations, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, E-commerce, or Retail preferred.

• Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, D2C, E-commerce, or Retail industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and courier return processes.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and ERP/WMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with strong ownership and execution mindset.
