Axirium Aerospace is seeking a Senior Executive – Quality (QC & QE) to support quality inspection, process validation, and quality engineering to meet aerospace standards and customer requirements. You will coordinate with production, manufacturing engineering, and inspection teams to uphold product quality and process reliability.

Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T, supporting FAI and in-process verification, preparing inspection reports, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge.
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Aeronautical Engineering.

• Prove out of NPD, dimensional inspection, Ballooning, Inspection plan preparation and feedback to engineering team.
• Support first article inspection (FAI) and in-process quality verification.
• Assist in preparation and review of inspection reports, quality documentation, and records.
• Responsible for customer qualification of parts at the time of delivery.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Coordinate with Production and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure process compliance.
• Ensure adherence to aerospace quality standards, internal procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

The Senior Executive – Quality (QC & QE) will support quality inspection, process validation, and quality engineering activities to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements. The role involves close coordination with production, manufacturing engineering, and inspection teams to maintain high product quality and process reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Aeronautical Engineering.
• 5-6 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.
• Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

Preferred:

• Exposure to CMM inspection and quality documentation processes.
• Experience working in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and inspection practices.
