Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions invites applications for the position of Senior Executive - Quality Control. This role focuses on chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, intermediates and finished products, aligning with monthly site schedules.

The successful candidate will maintain online documentation, manage stocks of lab chemicals, and drive data integrity, CAPA, and timely batch release to meet site requirements.

Qualifications

• MSc in a relevant science discipline.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, intermediates and finished products to meet the monthly schedule.
• Maintain all documentation online.
• Maintain minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis.
• Reduce lab incidences, repeat analyses and no Data Integrity issues.
• Real time data monitoring.
• OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementations.
• Review SOPs, test procedures and specifications.
• Provide training on GLP/GMP to employees working in the section.
• Release batches in a timely manner to achieve site requirements.

Finished and Intermediate wet section

• Responsible for performing the chemical and instrumentation analysis for In-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products to meet the dispatch timeline as per the monthly schedule received from PPIC.
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation online.
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis.
• Responsible for reducing the lab incidences, repeat analysis and no Data Integrity issues.
• Responsible for real time data monitoring.
• Responsible for OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementations
• Responsible for review of SOP’s, test procedures and specifications.
• Responsible for providing the training on GLP/GMP to the employees working the section.
• Responsible for releasing the batches timely manner to achieve the site requirement.
