Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions Senior Executive - Quality Control is responsible for conducting chemical and instrumental analyses for in-process materials, raw materials, intermediates and finished products to support monthly dispatch schedules.

You will maintain online documentation, monitor real-time data, ensure minimum stocks of supplies, and lead CAPA investigations to ensure compliance and timely batch release.

Qualifications

• MSc degree or equivalent in a relevant science field.
• Experience in QC laboratory and document control.
• Knowledge of GLP and GMP practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, materials, intermediates and finished products to meet monthly dispatch schedules.
• Maintain all documentation online and ensure data integrity.
• Manage stocks of chemicals, reagents, glassware and solvents required for analysis.
• Lead investigations for OOS, deviations and CAPA implementations.
• Provide GLP/GMP training to section employees and release batches on time.

Responsibilities

• Finished and Intermediate wet section Responsible for performing the chemical and instrumentation analysis for In-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates and finished products to meet the dispatch timeline as per the monthly schedule received from PPIC.
• Responsible for maintaining all the documentation online.
• Responsible for maintaining the minimum stocks for chemicals, reagents, glass wares and solvents required for analysis.
• Responsible for reducing the lab incidences, repeat analysis and no Data Integrity issues.
• Responsible for real time data monitoring.
• Responsible for OOS investigations, deviations and CAPA implementations
• Responsible for review of SOP's, test procedures and specifications.
• Responsible for providing the training on GLP/GMP to the employees working the section.
• Responsible for releasing the batches timely manner to achieve the site requirement.
